“I had an amazing stay at NIC on 5th. I stayed in the studio and was thoroughly impressed. The building is exceptionally clean even areas like the garbage room were immaculate. The concierge team was attentive and professional, ensuring a seamless experience. One of the highlights was how quiet the building was at all times, I couldn’t hear any noise, making for a truly peaceful stay. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views, especially at night, which made the experience even more special. The controlled access system added a layer of security which I really appreciated. The location is also fantastic and with easy access to public transportation via buses and rail, a diverse food scene, and a vibrant community. Downtown is very walkable and with plenty of activities nearby too. A special thank you to Steven for the opportunity to stay here!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Jale who help me move into my new apt at Nic on 5th! She was attentive and communicated well. She walked me through step-by-step. Informed me on everything I needed to do and also reminded me when I forgot lol but in a nutshell, it was a great experience overall and I would highly recommend anyone to contact her if you’re planning on moving to Nic on 5th.”

“Loved living at the Nic on fifth. From all the amenities, location, staff, skyway access, and amazing views you just can’t beat it. I would recommend anyone that wants to live downtown to live at the Nic. I lived on floor 21 in a corner 2 bedroom unit. Here are some amazing views we had from our balcony.”
